Webzen Agro-Allied Services Limited is a Nigerian agritech and agro-processing company positioned to deliver impact across the agricultural value chain. Originally set up in 2016 as an agribusiness investment outfit,

Webzen has evolved into a technology-driven platform offering services in Monitoring & Evaluation, Digital Mapping, Light Processing, Aggregation, and Commodity Trading (local and export).

Webzen is a subsidiary of Kaxal Africa Limited (member of PanAfrican Capital Holdings) and is committed to empowering agribusinesses through data, value addition, and access to markets.

We have diverse existing investments including a dried fruit processing company, cassava processing company, and a large fruits plantation.

OUR STORY

Founded in 2016 as a private limited company under the Corporate Affairs Commission (RC No: 1318266), Webzen Agro-Allied Services Limited began its journey as an agribusiness investment and support firm. As a strategic subsidiary of Kaxal Africa Limited (a member of PanAfrican Capital Holdings), Webzen was initially focused on facilitating finance and advisory services for emerging agribusinesses and food manufacturing ventures across Nigeria.

Over time, and in response to industry needs and national priorities, Webzen has evolved into a dynamic agritech-driven agro-allied company, offering end-to-end solutions across the agricultural value chain. Today, Webzen operates three core business verticals:

  • Agritech Services (including Monitoring & Evaluation, Digital Mapping and Commodity Aggregation),
  • Light Agro-Processing,
  • Commodity Trading (with both local and export footprints).
